The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to utilise analytics and data science techniques to enable better customer understanding and inform business decisioning.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the creation of customer analytics models and insights for impactful business decisioning
  • Contribute to the development of APIs and the deployment of machine learning in real time contexts
  • Leverage your understanding of analytics and data science techniques to drive actionable outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to improve data-driven decisioning within the wider business
  • Contribute to defining success metrics for business initiatives in alignment with best practice analytics techniques.

Skills & Experience


  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools and techniques to solve complex business problems and evaluate performance
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesise data and information into actionable business decisioning
  • Good understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
  • Good knowledge of analytical tools such as R and Python
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Statistics / Analytics, Finance or related field
